Graphical Installer is still in an active development - we at unSigned, s. r. o. are still working hard on it and improving it to be even better!
Althought we are doing our best, you can find a bug in this product. In that case or if you have any question or problem regarding it, do not hesitate and contact us.

Technical support is available via email at no charge for all customers. Although, we keep trying to answer everyone regardless of whether you bought our product or not.
Before asking our support team, please read F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) where you can find most common questions and answers to them.

If something fails to work, please note the behavior that occurs, and then contact our support. The more details you can give concerning the problem you have encountered, the faster we will be able to solve it. We will want to know at least the following:

* The version of Graphical Installer that you are using as shown in the Readme file.
* Windows version (including service packs and other fixes installed) and regional settings
* Inno Setup version [build] (also specify plug-ins or other tools if you use them in installer).
* Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible (with a screenshot, if words fail).
